Grand Cayman Dolphin Swim Adventure and Turtle Farm

The Dolphin Swim Adventure program was designed especially for you, your family, and the dolphins to share a series of sensational and safe activities, while establishing a unique bond of trust.

During the tour of Grand Cayman, you will personally interact with these highly intelligent and friendly sea mammals. In an approximately 30-minute orientation, your professional instructor will teach you about dolphins, their environment, and their behavior. You will also learn actual training techniques on this Grand Cayman excursion.

After the orientation, you will enter the water (life jackets required) to thoroughly enjoy this incredible experience with the dolphins. You'll be pushed by a dolphin while on a Boogie Board, pulled by its pectoral fins, and go swimming with it!

This Grand Cayman dolphin swim is one hour, with 30 minutes of swim time. The group size is limited to 12 guests, to ensure a very personal experience. A professional photographer will be on hand, taking pictures.

After your dolphin encounter, continue the fun with your included admission to the Turtle Farm, one of Grand Cayman's greatest tourist attractions known around the world for its conservation programs, public awareness, and entertainment. After completing the dolphin portion of your tour, you will receive a required bracelet that grants entry to the Turtle Farm. The farm includes over 500 turtles, separated in tanks that show the progressive stages as they age. You will learn about turtle gender, reproduction, and the programs to keep them from becoming extinct. There is also a touch tank and many opportunities for photos of the turtles. The farm is located adjacent to the Dolphin Encounter.

There is no cost for observers for the dolphin portion only, and no need to reserve; you simply pay for transportation to and from the Dolphin Park.

Please Note: The Dolphin portion of the tour must be completed first, as guests will receive a required bracelet during that portion. This bracelet is needed for entry to the Turtle Farm, which follows afterward. At the Dolphin Park, lockers are available for rent for an additional fee of approximately $10 US, payable on the day of the tour. Complimentary cubbies are also available; however, please note these are shared among guests on the tour. Changing rooms, freshwater showers, and a snack bar are available at the facility. Guests ages 60-79 may participate in all dolphin programs provided they are fully independent, have no medical or mobility limitations, and can swim unassisted. Guests ages 80 and over may participate in the Dolphin Encounter only; other interactive dolphin programs are not permitted.
